A proprietary recipe created by one of the bartenders from 17 Steps Cocktail Bar. A decidedly more citrusy version of the tonic, an answer to the world famous spritzers – long, refreshing and effervescent cocktails.
The recipe for the perfect cocktail:
- pour 40 ml of alcohol into a glass.
- add 100 ml of POSHE Drinks.
- add a few ice cubes.
Serving suggestion: best served in combination with prosecco, in a large wine glass filled with ice cubes, with a splash of sparkling water.
Decoration: grapefruit peel.
